Clawvis is an AI-powered agent interface that allows users to interact with various third-party applications and services through messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram). The Service uses the OpenClaw framework to execute user commands.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
- Payment Processor: We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. By making a payment, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
- Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights).

In no event shall Clawvis, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Specific Liability Regarding AI Outputs:
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate responses and execute commands. You acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive results ("Hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output or action before relying on it or authorizing its execution. Clawvis shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content or actions performed by the AI agent on your behalf.
8. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; any errors or defects will be corrected; or the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

- Once the trial period expires, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
3. Subscription Cancellations

- Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Partial Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services, except where required by law.
