- Command Execution Logs: Data processed during the execution of a command (e.g., "Schedule a meeting") is logged in your user dashboard for auditing and debugging purposes. We retain logs of agent actions and the specific email content relevant to those actions for your review. We do not store your entire inbox or calendar history.
- AI Processing: Data retrieved from third-party services (e.g., email content) is sent to Large Language Model (LLM) providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) solely for the purpose of processing your requests. We do not use this data to train our own AI models.

Clawvis's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
